Comments on this site are subject for premoderation; they only appear on the site after the site owner's approval.

The site is to be considered private territory, and its owner doesn't take any obligations to publish any third-party comments, even conditionally. Hence, there's no need for formal policies here: it is on the site owner's sole discretion whether to publish a particular comment or not. Well, sometimes I leave comments unpublished just because I'm too lazy to write an adequate response.
